This is actually a website that can extract Twitch streams into direct URL links that you can play in your favorite media player. Seems that website can extract streams (VOD's) from other streaming sites also like UStream and others.
Tested on PotPlayer and Media Player Classic Home Cinema
All you need to do is copy the link from a Twitch channel you want (it need to do a live broadcasting at that moment) , paste it into needed box on Stream URL Extraction Tool website, and click "Get Stream URL"
Site will extract stream sources and present you to choose the quality from low to high, or just an audio
Right click on desired link and click "copy link address" (on Chromium browsers)
Paste it into your favorite media player and click "Enter". Done. The stream will start playing.
Example of Potplayer playing the stream
Enjoy
