Advice Request Svchost.exe is connecting to 52.230.7.59. Is this safe?

Hello there.

I have noticed svchost.exe process connecting to the IP address mentioned in the screenshot. Tracing the IP address show this as a Microsoft server. Is there way that I can verify if this IP address is a genuine microsoft server and nothing malicious? Please check the screenshot here.
