so i recently noticed that my cpu usage was getting up to 90% while playing games that should take like 30% maximum
and i noticed that an unnamed process(this is what i mean by unnamed Gyazo - 823018e92c25324ac3792c1d8b260b88.png) was taking up 50% to 70% cpu usage so i checked where this file is from and it opened a folder named "SysWOW64" inside "windows" and was highlighting "svchost.exe"

and also just incase its helpful
i tried playing a game that my pc should be well over able to run and my cpu usage just jumped to a 100% and after a while my computer started really heating up
and also every time i try to turn off my pc in anyway shape or form it goes into the blue windows 10 crash screen with the :( face and says your computer has run into an error, but it only happens when i try to turn it off
edit : just found out it also happens when i try to end that process that takes a ton of cpu usage
and the "stop code" is " CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED"

i should also mention that it only eats up my cpu when i'm connected to network like a few seconds after i disconnect my ethernet cable from my computer it stops taking up cpu usage and as soon as i connect it back it starts again

How is the situation after the fix?
it seems like it solved it :D, and also my computer doesn't crash now when i restart it or turn it off
i don't know how to completely check but i restarted it twice and waited for a while and launched everything i usually launch just to check and it seems like its fixed first time i've seen my cpu at 1% usage :D
you're such an amazing person for helping me and other people for free, with a service that is better then the service people who charge money give, Thanks so much for the help, i will be more then happy to donate to you when i'll have the chance
