Hi guys,
Sorry if the SweetIM topic has already been discussed and solved. I did do a search for it but wasn't able to find anything.
I'm having major issues trying to rid my computer of this annoying software that I didn't initially even install. It installed itself with a free FLV converter and attached itself to my browsers, toolbars and messengers (yahoo and msn).
I have been able to get rid of it from my browsers and toolbars due to information from MalwareTips, but for the life of me I can not find how to get rid of it from my computer.
I just opened my windows task manager to restart windows media and noticed that both SweetIM.exe and SweetPacksUpdateManager.exe*32 are running. I have stopped them previously.
This is such a bad program!
I'm hoping someone can help
