SysWatch Personal was originally developed as an add-on for Microsoft Security Essentials on Windows XP.

Basically it added HIPS protection before Vista came out with UAC.

I didn't even know this product still exists.

It was somewhat popular when it first cam out but then after Vista, it started to fade away.

I haven't tried this product in a long time, so it might be worth checking out again to see how it has come along.

I'm running Webroot. Please give us more details. Are you saying Webroot calls it malware? I have had Webroot want to treat my screenshot programs, VLC media player, Clipboard Help+Spell, and others as malware. I haven't yielded to it, though.

Sorry, i have re-install comodo and uninstall SysWatch Personal. This my set run SecureAnywhere AntiVirus 2014, Sandbox free, ZemanaAntiLogger Fully , VoodooShield Pro, MBAM Free, HitmanPro and Secunia PSI tec.

Last time I tried to use this it didn't go well. I tried installing it and I got some BSOD. When it did install properly it was very heavy and the whitelist and startup took forever. Hoping that they've improved it since last year.

Edit: There is a 3.8 beta on their website so maybe they've improved things since I last used.
