A second opinion "on demand scanner, and some form of back up for your system and personal files, and you would be good to go.

UPDATE:
  • Removed Wise Care 365 Pro (Good software, but I don't need this for now, maybe I'll try it again when V3 comes out)
  • Forgot to say I do have a on-demand scanner: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Premium, I just don't have reinstalled it yet
  • Also forgot to mention I use custom Winapp2.ini to enhance CCleaning ;)

Mind explaining how an "Advanced" user like you would disable UAC ?
"Sysinternals Process Explorer". I like it.

As I know what I'm doing on my computer, I don't need useless realtime antivirus/antimalware products nor UAC, if I see a suspicious thing, either I scan it with on-demand antimalware or I remove it. Besides, UAC can cause some troubles when trying to launch some video games

What kind of trouble are we talking about here ? "Useless realtime Antivirus", is that for real ?

Yes it's useless for me, because I don't go to some unknown websites and I always check for malwares on USB devices via On-demand antimalware scanner. Besides, I configured HTTPSB/µBlock for a decent layer of security, and I also have a modified hosts file.
I'm careful when using my computer, and like I said in this thread, my last infection was more than a year ago (even before 2010 I think).
But don't worry I know this isn't the kind of thing to suggest to other people and I always help them by configuring their protection ^^
