Text enhancer but not quite

So, one page on a tumblr blog i frequent is apparently infected with text enhancer. However, the text enhancers only appear one this one page. I looked through my addons and programs, and I couldn't find anything related to text enhancer. What steps should I take next?

Actually, I just went back on that page and it's gone. I must have done something right
