Cool thing, Windows 95,98,2000 and XP were only the OS I saw since birth. And for me XP was the best among the generations.

XP has to be the one that looks like it has just been released compared to the others.

Of those, the Amiga is probably the first one i remember. Played the original Prince of Persia on that thing.
The first system i remember was ms-dos based.
