Howdy from Big D! Need some help with my PC. Not very computer savvy so am thinking of taking it to someone (Geek Squad or whoever is recommended). Will certainly try to fix it with some guidance. Downloaded Malwarebytes to get rid of some ransomware (files are still encrypted) but have other issues too. Will post in the Malware forum.
