This is an alternative to the tool I posted about a while back (Tweaks.com Logon Changer). This one includes slightly more features and has some backgrounds available for you to use (of course, you can use which ever image and resolution you want). I haven't had the chance to test this yet, since right now I'm on linux currently, if you want to, try it out for yourself.

Keep in mind this will most likely only work on Windows 7 as far as I know!
