@ErzCrz You could just use parts of Office 2013 that you want to continue using, uninstall the ones you don't and find another mail provider. There are plenty of ways to protect outdated MS Office apps otherwise, including but not limited to blocking outbound connections.

Well using outdated software never make sense and same for blocking internet for email program ;)

Also changing mail provider doesn't change the outdated software and the vulnerabilities.
Also office is highly targeted from attacker side
