Tiworker.exe is malicious itself ?

hi i have process explorer and i see this

for tiworker.exe which is legimate windows application is this right lots of comments about its malicious

Tiworker is spawned by Windows in a temp folder with a random name, in order to do certain maintenance tasks. This makes it look suspicious. The way to be sure it is legit is to check which process spawned it.
