Hi, and thanks for sharing your security config

Hijackthis as a Real Time Protection ? Isn't it a tool to detect malware once installed (On-demand Malware Scanners) ?
You don't use any Anti-virus / anti-Malware, even free ?

I think for the moment your config is not safe
I would mainly suggest you to add an AV (even a Free version), and Zemana Anti Malware as on demand scanner.
A free cloud base anti-malware is Crystal Security

I agree with @DardiM with regards to adding a realtime AV + good on-demand scanner...
It may also be worth considering running your browser in a sandbox such as Sandboxie...

I would like to suggest some backup software such as Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both have a good free and reliable version.

If your security is this sparse for performance reasons or
you prefer a light config try this:
VoodooShield free, and Malwarebytes free
with Hitmanpro or Zemana as your "on demand"

Hijackthis is not real time protection.
Windows 10 built in Security is good if you are careful about where you go online and what you click.

Consider adding Avast Passwords, Zemana Anti-Malware for another scanner, and AOMEI Backupper for image backups just incase you get infected at some point.

How did you get infected within the last 3 months? And how was it mitigated?
Consider a couple on demand scanners
uBlock Origin in place of ABD+
Get rid of TuneUp 2015 CCleaner is more than enough.
Consider some type of data and system backup solution.

Hello,

I suggest you to install ZAM Free and MalwareBytes as on-demand scanners.
Then please follow suggestions about backups, add HTTPS Everywhere, SandBoxie Free (and use it while browsing to have more protection).
Replace AdBlock with uBlock Origin.
