Im not an expert, but i think im on the right way to protect my computer and data.

- I recommend you to use second option malware scanners like Malwarebytes and Zemana AntiMalware
- For removing junk files, you can use CCleaner Free.(watch out the installer, it offers Google Chrome, opt-out some options)
- Unchecky to keep your installer's checkbox un-selected
- For your browser, you can use HTTPS Everywhere.

You can add a password manager like LastPass which is free to secure your passwords when you are online.

Good UAC setup,as advised by other friends i suggest a privacy software as CCleaner or PrivaZer.

Simple and straightforward configuration.

As long you have backup program and storage devices then you are good to go.
