Hi, I just wanted to report back and say thank you for all your help. I have not fixed the issue yet. I didn't want to go through the trouble of restoring my router to factory settings as that would disconnect all devices in my home, mobile devices, printers and other machines. SOLUTION: Disable ALL Chrome Extensions As I mentioned in my last message, I noticed the same surveys popping up in Chrome on my desktop which I had not used since before these surveys began popping in Chrome on my laptop. I strongly suspected that one of my Chrome Extensions has been compromised. This has happened with Wordpress plugins on Wordpress sites I manage. The Plugin becomes corrupt and then causes sitewide problems. So I chose to DISABLE ALL CHROME EXTENSIONS but for LastPass as I'm a heavy user of it. It's been nearly 20 hours since I did this and so far so good. No surveys have popped in Chrome on either machine. I'm pretty confident it's a Chrome Extension. Now the challenge is to learn which one. My immediate solution is to enable one extension per day until I observe which one is responsible. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your help so far, TwinHeadedEagle! I really appreciate it. If you know of a software that can scan Chrome Extensions for malware that might speed things up for me. If not, I only have a dozen or so plugins so I'll move through them pretty quickly over the next couple of weeks.
