Done. One more thing, although I don't know if it is relevant. I keep getting a pop-up from Norton saying that mutechrome.dll is safe. I thought it seemed suspicious since I don't recall seeing anything like that until I started getting these random audio ads. So, I uninstalled google chrome through my control panel. Now, even without google chrome, I keep getting these pop-up alerts from Norton saying that high-disk usage is occurring from google chrome. When I click on the link that says "details and settings", it allows me to click to locate chrome.exe, but I don't think it is an indexed area of my computer. It obviously didn't delete when I uninstalled google chrome, so I am wondering if the problem with the audio ads lies in there. Is there a way to safely remove things that are not indexed? I just don't want to mess things up further. Hope my question makes sense.
