Also, are you looking for a free Real Time protection AV or a paid one?

Malwarebytes isn't really a stand alone solution, it is meant to be a companion to an Anti-virus and MSE isn't the greatest protection IMO, I would suggest 360 Internet Security or Avast free or a paid AV like Eset or Kaspersky, thanks for sharing your config!
