Trojan is eating my exe files alive (Gallery.exe)

It all started when i plugged in an external hdd to copy something to a friend..
Since then the computer started to mess up some apps got deleted and it creates a shortcut for exe's with the letter g to begin with (for example gwitcher 3.exe) and those g files are hidden..
So i need to ask this really quick.
Is there any chance that this person is or has tried stealing any files from me (pics or whatever)?
And i already did a malwarebytes scan twice but didn't help either..

Hi,

If you ask me I would reinstall that system and wipe the driver and start from scratch.

Before plugging in a external drive, let MCShield do a scan first.
