Advice Request Troubles submitting samples

Hi, I have just submitted a sample to quihoo and I encountered a problem... While using chrome the submission wasn't successful, and the page remained there with the circle turning, I used Internet Explorer 8 and the submission was immediatly completed. Anyone else had this problem? The site I used is 360totalsecurity.com/en/suspicion

Try Chrome Incognito without any extensions.

If this is your host PC, it's recommended to update Internet Explorer.

No Problem regarding submitting, but they always whitelist dangerous files? See this ransomware from yesterday (I submitted it to Avira and K, too).

No, I submitted files from a virtual machine. It pops-up an alert in chrome " connection isn't private. The authors of an attack might stole your information from accounts.Google.com"

Maybe it can be an isolated case where the server may not act well on that time, sometimes your connection may not properly access that website even though you can upload file.

Trouble solved: it was because of the wrong hour and date of my VM
