Unfortunately IDK why, because my 2018 config was SECURE: Complete, even without SmartScreen. I don't want Microsoft sniffing my files or doing anything unnecessary. I also think that SmartScreen doesn't offer me anything what I already have.

Why not? EIS offer many else layer than just FW compared to only AV.

you dont use smartscreen, so obviously...the thing cost nothing, and is probably Win10 most efficient security feature, so no reason to not use it, and the the "privacy" excuse is a not a valid reason . MS has better way to collect datas from you than via smartscreen LOL.
Not saying you use Enterprise version without, as i see, using any of its solid built-in security feature...

Smartscreen needs to be enabled, your arguments against not using Smartscreen or WFW doesn't justify anything. No excuse can be made on lowering security standards. Privacy subject on board, factually you are paranoid about MS "sniffing through thing" which is a illogical & nonsensical argument to make.

The rest looks great. Just enable whats been stated and use a Firewall.
