No problem, most of the people that I have spoken to and that wanted USB security have never heard of Trend's version.

I am using ESET features, but before BD usb immunizer (for blocking autoruns) and MCshield (real time scanner)

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you don't need to worry about USB autoruns, Microsoft disabled autoruns with a Windows Update awhile back where they can not infect your system unless you manually run the executable. However on Windows XP, USB autoruns are not disabled by default because products like Panda USB vaccine, Bitdefender USB Immunizer or TrendMicro USB could be helpful.

Most AV's detect malware on USB devices, of coarse if you don't connect unsafe USB devices, then you don't need to worry. Since no AV detects everything, it is best to never connect USB devices that you don't know for sure are safe.

Thanks.:D

I have Autoplay disabled and I completely agree with Littlebits reply.

Memory consumed, 0KB.

Autoplay is also disabled on my system.
I still used to use (prior to going AVless) ESET's removable drive scan upon plugging it into the system.

It shouldn't use to much memory, didn't for me and has not for me.

Thank you all for the comments, which one of these are the lightest but most secure?
Has anyone tested these?

The lightest and most secure- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967715

You don't need to use any software, just run Microsoft FixIt and make sure that you have applied the Windows Updates for your system to secure autoruns. Never run any executable on USB devices before checking them for malware. You can use VirusTotal Uploader- https://www.virustotal.com/documentation/desktop-applications/virustotal-uploader/ to make sure the files are safe.

Thanks.:D
