The Home Use Program is a Software Assurance benefit available to Microsoft volume licensing customers with active Software Assurance coverage on their Office applications. Employees who use the covered licenses at work are eligible to purchase these Office applications for use on a personal device during the term of their employment.

Eligible employees are allowed to purchase a single license of each product available according to the terms of their organization’s Software Assurance benefit.

Why do you need my work email address?

• The terms of this program require that you have a valid email address with a participating company.
• You need a program code from your employer to be eligible.

For example, eligible UK Employees can get Office 2019 Pro Plus via the HUP scheme for £11.99 - prices may vary between regions.
