I'd advise you to upgrade the RAM to atleast 4GB or more and move to x64 to get security benefit. Anyway, its a solid laptop.

You have set Windows update to manual so don't forget to regularly check for updates because Windows 7 is always a target for attackers that exploit system vulnerabilities.

If you are staying with 2 gb RAM, then 32 bit and AVAST make sense.
If you want to tighten security, so put AVAST into hardened mode/aggressive, if you didn't already.

Nice config, maybe add Zemana Anti-Malware as second on-demand scanner.

Also i recommend Ublock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere for chrome
