I think you should add another on-demand scanner like; Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Crystal Security or HitmanPro.

I would remove hotspotshield , for the simple reason that they just keep on logging , logging , logging and invading your privacy! your better off , with one of these : windscribe vpn , vpn book , vpn gate.
