Can't i Stop all that Vmware Processes. They always use to run.

You can stop them,

Go Start >> Type Services and hit enter
A screen will popup and down the bottom you will see these services, http://prntscr.com/v7mmd

The only downside when disabling these services, is the fact that you'll need to re-enable them whenever you want to start your VMware Workstation.

For future references, you can use this guide. In a nutshell, you set the services as manual so they do not start on Windows boot.
When you need, you run the scrip and when you finish with the usage of VMWare, just run the script again.
