Hello i think you should for a start enable UAC.

Why 'No' for on demand scanners and other software?

It must be YES (MBAM and Hitman Pro or Emsisoft Emergency Kit)

While for other software which you may add CCleaner for cleaning junk files.

Extension: Adblock or Adguard

Lastly backup and recovery: A external HDD/USB for saving your files in case of emergency arises.

Add some on demand scanners
Password manager
CCleaner or Privazer if not already installed

Update Firefox i believe the current version is 35 and another browser ( chromium based ) in case you have a problem with Firefox.
