Troubleshoot Webcam Issue

Briefly explain your current issue(s)

Basically it came with no manufacture info and no driver,
It is stuck on X10 zoom

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Tried to contact seller.

I'm wondering if there is a universal driver or software that would stop this?
