Webroot Filtering Extension (Chrome) no more Green Padlocks

Enabling Webroot Filtering Extension causes safe "green padlock" sites to report a message that states "this page includes other resources that are not secure". This image should explain everything.

This have me bugging don't care how you report this to webroot they aren't fixing it,this was going on for very long,to me this show gross disrespect to users concerns.

Maybe Webroot adds some own scripts to websites like Adguard, that's why you don't see the green padlock anymore.
