Localinfect appears when you do a scan with Webroot and the data is uploaded to the cloud for processing. In the first round it doesn't detect anything, but since it forces you to rescan the next one if the cloud has already processed and assigned a verdict to the files, Localinfect will appear before assigning a name to the malware.

The problem with Webroot is that I find it good on malware packs but average on URLs.
I watch League Of Antivirus, a channel I like, but it's a pity it doesn't do URL + pack :/
