Hello, In an effort to be more transparent and consistent in how forum Warnings and Moderation are performed, we've updated our community rules and the Warning system. We hope that this will remove any mystery on this subject. A. First off all we've updated our forum rules - Code of Conduct. This new code of conduct is separated into categories and each one has different actions that the staff might take for each offence. The guidelines and rules listed explain what behavior is expected of you and what behavior you can expect from other community members. Note that the guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of offensive behavior. As such, the forum moderators shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate. We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis. The action we take may be more lenient or more severe than those listed under each category. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- B. We've also changed how our Warning System works. You can find more details here, however I'll also explain in this thread some of the differences from the previous system. Previously when a member received 3 Warnings, he was automatically & permanently banned from our community. We've decided to change this system and make it more friendly for our members. 1. Different Warning types:

0% Warnings - Friendly reminders regarding the forum rules. There are no actions taken (no Warning points) apart from sending the member a short and friendly private message. This is used only for minor offenses.
Warnings - Your account may be limited depending on Warning Level.
2. Limited account . While an account features are limited the member cannot do things like: update the profile, Like posts, change the avatar, receive private messages, and post in threads, profile posts, or conversations. However he can read all the threads on our forums and his previous conversations. We limit the account features depending on the member Warning Level.

At or above 20% Warning Level - The account is limited and the posting privileges are suspended for 12 hours.
At or above 40% Warning Level - The account is limited and the posting privileges are suspended for 72 hours.
At or above 60% Warning Level - The account is limited and the posting privileges are suspended for 14 days.
At or above 80% Warning Level - The account is limited and the posting privileges are suspended for 30 days.
At or above 100% Warning Level - The account is permanently banned.
3. Warnings do expire. We've decided that everyone deserves a second chance, so all the Warnings are set to expire in 6 months. There is nothing that a member needs to do, the member just needs to respect the forum rules to avoid the same situation in the future. 4. Notifications and details. We've made sure that everyone can understand what has happened by adding a banner on top of all pages when the account is limited. Also, the member will receive an alert and a private message from us. The staff members may also be invited into the conversation. You can find more details about the Warning System in this thread: The Warning System FAQ
