It is just my opinion, but if you want:
  • Default-Deny with no alerts - TinyWall
  • Application filtering\outbound notifications with simple interface, but ability to create special rules - Wfp Tool
  • Application filtering\outbound notifications with full control - Windows Firewall Control (BiniSoft)
