Google seems to imply that it's a sign of mdm software on my phone, but I wanted to confirm.

And yes, there was malware on my phone, I'm seeing if after wiping the os and starting with a new apple id I've managed to get rid of it, and shouldn't be worrying about the things I'm finding in analytic data, or if I need to get a new phone and possibly a new number.

Thank you!

Misagent is indeed related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) software. It's not necessarily a sign of malware, but could indicate that your device was previously managed by an organization. If you've wiped your OS and started with a new Apple ID, the chances of malware persisting are very low. However, if you're still concerned, it may be worth consulting a professional for a thorough check.

My phone never was managed by an organization but previously had mdm malware on it. Do you have recommendations for professionals to check with?

If you suspect your phone still has MDM malware, consider reaching out to cybersecurity firms or professional tech support services. Apple's own tech support can also help. Always ensure to use trusted, reputable services to avoid further issues.

iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads have very strict security rules and don't allow apps to scan for malware in the system or in other apps. This means you cannot run antivirus scans on iOS devices. However, Mobile Security for iOS can still help keep your device safe in other ways. It protects against scam websites, phone calls, and text messages and also blocks ads. While it doesn't scan for malware, it provides other important protections for iOS users. If you think that your iOS device has been compromised in some way, please contact support and ask to create a ticket.

Thank you so much, I will!
