What honest mistake have you made in your relationship?

Today I wanted to do a favor for my wife and since I am the primary on our insurance then I decided to schedule her with her dentist for a routine cleaning. So here I call the number and inform the receptionist that I would like to schedule my wife for her routine semi annual cleaning. After a brief back and forth I unfortunately discover that the number I called was her gynecologist.

Now she won't let me live it down.
