Shade Sandbox is another good tool but in terms of testing then likely you cannot appreciate because it kills some process to avoid infections even run on isolation.

Comodo Cloud AV isn't bad as far as built-in sand boxes go. So it's doesn't interfere with other AV, just disable all the real time protections and leave the sandbox enabled. Not saying it's a perfect solution - far from it, but it's workable.
