What is the Temperature where you are?

Here in New York City, the freezing cold drives the homeless more into the subways and sometimes you see makeshift tents and mini shelters inside the cars. I've had to run out of the car due to the terrible, terrible smell at times. Here are two images I've pulled off the 'net; I don't take any photos myself, it disturbs me. Look closely under the seat in the first image.
