Both excellent products ..
I prefer Avast's AutoSandbox (as it will mostly AutoSandbox suspicious programs instead of everything even though some might be safe..)

They are both best and it depends from its usages, first it may measure from the users who could use well.

CIS 6 is mainly for advance users even its implemented for being user friendly however strongly supervise by a experience user to handle and setup it.

While Avast 8 still being known as a ease to use and user friendly, those settings are really capable for protection beside for maximum capabilities.

CIS 6!! Although some say it is for advanced users it does quite well on default settings.

CIS has a very good user guide

The GUI takes a bit of getting used to until you become familiar with it.
