When I download the software it give me the same error every time

WinZip; "Cannot open file it does not appear to be a valid archive. Try to download the program again"...which does not help.

What is the format file?
If it is not a format supported by Winzip, you get that error.
Otherwise try temporarily disabling the antivirus or the file is actually corrupted.
Try to download it from another source.
