Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

instal driver from cd but utility not work

The utility tool was last compatible with Windows 7. You need to select Windows 7 as your OS if you want the utility tool. I'm not sure if it is compatible with Windows 10. You can just use the Windows 10 built-in adapter options to replicate the utility tool's function.

The 274.15 MB file under Windows 10 is the driver. You said you're looking for the utility tool.
The utility tool is found under Windows 7 and is 51.22 MB. There is no guarantee that it will work on Windows 10.
Just use the Windows 10 built-in network settings.

@eXDj That's the installation folder. You need to run Setup.exe in order to actually install the driver/utility.

Like I said, the utility hasn't been updated since Windows 7. You are using Windows 10 Pro. Is there anything wrong with using the Windows 10 built-in network settings that I've mentioned a number of times?

Right click on the utility, go down to properties, chose the compatibility tab, check to run the program in compatibility mode and click the drop down to choose which version of windows.

if i ware you, i would use Snappy driver, and let the software search for the driver.
