How much RAM they have? And which cpu?

@Huracan : thx for your input, so you would go for hybrid Pc.
 
Oh i see, the transformer i selected has an Intel Atom Z3795 / 1.6 GHz Quad core and 4gb.

So i guess way more responsive that the one you are upgrading

Exactly... :) This one is doing good for what it has in it. It would be fine for emails, surfing, and entertainment such as vids and movies..
