Sorry, I don't quite understand. Do you mean Service pack 1 ?...
...My Windows is fully patched and up to date.

Have you Service Pack 1 for Windows 7?

Windows 7 RTM (without Service Pack) is not supported, which ended April 2013.

The configuration wizard does mention to include any SP or Update information.
