What AV are you using? Or it's not connected to AV?No idea what my last update was, but I was unable to boot into Windows - Error 0x00021a or something along those lines.
Solution: Uninstall latest Quality update
- Automatic Repair did not resolve the issue
- CHKDSK /F /R did not resolve the issue
- SFC /SCANNOW did not resolve the issue
