If you use Windows 10 May 2019 Update and Windows 10 October 2018 Update on your computer at home or office, a new cumulative update is out with fixes and improvements.</p><p>The October 2019 cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 and version 1809 includes security enhancements for Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and other core features.</p><p>As always, you can head to the Settings app and click on Windows Update option to grab the patches. If you own multiple PCs or if you would like to patch the PCs manually, you can learn more about it <a href="https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/how-to-manually-install-windows-10-cumulative-updates/" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><p><span style="font-size: 26px"><strong>Build 18362.418 for version 1903</strong></span></p><p>KB4517389 for Windows 10 May 2019 Update includes security improvements when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, improvements for storing and managing files.</p><p>It's unclear if Microsoft has managed to address Start menu, Windows Search, Printer and installation issues that were previously reported earlier this month after applying October 3rd patch.</p><p>Here's the full changelog:</p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Addresses an issue in security bulletin CVE-2019-1318 that may cause client or server computers that don’t support <a href="https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7627" target="_blank">Extended Master Secret (EMS) RFC 7627</a> to have increased connection latency and CPU utilization. This issue occurs while performing full Transport Layer Security (TLS) handshakes from devices that don’t support EMS, especially on servers.
