Windows 10 defender security advise?

Hi I have a 3rd party firewall and windows firewall is disabled but what about the 2 options in services windows defender firewall service and windows defender security center service can on of these or both be disabled? Thks

If you use a 3rd-party Firewall that relies on Windows Firewall, then you should keep it Enabled. Example: Binisoft WFC, TinyWall etc. Otherwise your other Firewall will have it disabled.

Windows Defender Firewall and Windows Defender Security Center cannot be disabled via services.msc

Runs as C:\WINDOWS\system32\SecurityHealthService.exe as SYSTEM.
