Windows 10 failing to meet timeline for 1 billion users

Apparently most of the blame goes to Windows Phone for failing to catch on. Just imagine how much smaller that number might have been had there been no deceptive/forced updates for PC users. Reality is, people still love their Windows 7's and iOS/Android phones. =p

1 billion users is so much difficult in the sense where Windows 10 suffer huge disappointment from the first place.

Even though the recovery works well at the continuous progress still users decision have bind and create fix impression already.

Whether you like Win10 or not if you use Windows and have option to upgrade it is probably smart thing to activate your key for 10. You can revert or reinstall previous Windows but have Win10 key ready for future.
