Not sure what are you talking about since many IT oriented faculties on Balkan are using Microsoft DreamSpark Premium.

Some academies even with DreamSpark Premium, don't offer Office 2013.
But you can get it for a considerably lower price, ie. Office Pro Plus 2013 (not 365) for £15.00.

From the Office suite, only Access, Visio, Project, OneNote and Groove are available in DreamSpark Premium, while Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook aren't.
For Office suite you will need either MSDN or TechNet subscription.
That's what I'm saying, DsP doesn't offer Office. Unless your academy has a WebStore where you can get/buy Office 2013. It tells you OnTheHub page.

I am talking of faculties in Serbia like the biggest IT or other technology faculties in Serbia's biggest cities are not supported by DreamSpark Premium, and some if are supporting not offering Windows 8.1 or Office 2013 for free but on discount.
So a guy above is obviously from Macedonia and has the same or similar issue. And where are you from my friend?
