Solved Windows 8.1, very quick pop-up appears then disappear

Hi all,

I need help figuring out the root cause of a very quick pop-up that appears and very quickly disappear on my windows 8.1 machine. i am not able to determine if its a shell pop-up or GUI.

Attached are scan results, please have a look and let me know if there are any additional files required.
