According to a member named canouna over on the MDL website, the latest build he has managed to acquire is 8141.0.winmain.111021 and includes Windows Media Center.

I can't quite view that link, as my home internet connection is currently shaped.

According to the link stated, the build is available in OEM's as Simplified Chinese.

how annoying, maybe a language pack was ported over if he's using it.
