You really don't want to enable Insider Previews - it will cause problems and drive you nuts.

Even if you don't have the bulild, you can download defender offline ( IN CASE YOU HAVE A VIRUS)

Look . I receive future builds now ( on a "spare" device) . There is defender offline integrated
