@taiowa72 , you do not have to worry. Both these programs, performing their respective and separate jobs, have worked well for us side by side on each of our Windows 8.1, 7, and XP systems.

Have both of them installed. No problems...

They are totally different functions, one is for virtualization (Sandboxie) and other one is for monitoring for any changes altered in the system. (WinPatrol).

I agree with james above. Two totally different programs and will run together just fine.
