Wise Disk Cleaner is a free disk utility designed to help you keep your disk clean by deleting any unnecessary files. Usually, these unnecessary, or junk files appear as a result of program's incomplete uninstalls, or Temporary Internet Files. It is best if these files are wiped out from time to time, since they may, at some point, use a considerable amount of space on your drives. Wise Disk Cleaner, with its intuitive and easy to use interface, helps you quickly wipe out all the junk files. Using the program is indeed easy. It also works fast when both scanning for files and deleting files.

The new Wise Disk Cleaner has more advantages: improved performance, better interface and scans/cleans more thoroughly.

I just downloaded the Portable version from Softpedia - Link.

A very clean GUI.

I haven't "cleaned" anything with the software yet.

Does anyone else use or have used this in the past?

Yes, I used this Wise, both with Wise Registry Cleaner (2008, 2009) .. very safe and pleasant every two.

Then I used Wise Registry Cleaner only, it was more interesting for my needs ..;)

Now - I use self-cleaning function in IE, MRU-Blaster all days, and KCleaner, PureRa occasionally..Obviously I became a purist, but I may change one day ..:D

Apologies I didn't realise this was for W"Disk"C. I was speaking of their Register Cleaner, which I am using.

I'll leave CCleaner as my disk cleaner, since I keep cookies as CCleaner detects automatically.
